About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Vasu Nagpal (sole proprietor), who runs Only70. By creating an account or buying a subscription you agree to them, to the Privacy Policy and to the Refund Policy.

What Only70 is, and is not

Only70 is an independent study aid that explains two DGCA subjects, Air Regulations and Meteorology, with diagrams, flowcharts, 3D scenes and quizzes.

• Not official. Only70 is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), the Airports Authority of India (AAI), the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) or any government body.
• Not for operational use. Regulations change. Our lessons summarise the rules as published in our reference material at the time of writing and may be out of date or contain errors. For flying, and for anything that matters, always use the current official sources: the Aircraft Rules, DGCA Civil Aviation Requirements (CARs), AIP India, ICAO and WMO documents, and India Meteorological Department (IMD) products. Our weather lessons teach theory and are never a forecast or briefing.
• No guarantee of results. Only70 helps you study. It does not guarantee that you will pass any examination.

If you spot a mistake, please tell us and we will correct it.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or older to create an account. A parent or legal guardian may create an account for someone under 18 and is responsible for its use. Each account is for one person. Don't share your login.

Free and paid content

Only70 has two subjects, sold separately or together.

Air Regulations. Free without paying: all lessons in chapters 1 to 3, the first two Core lessons of every other chapter, and the Exam-Ready lessons in chapters 1 to 3. Two subscriptions unlock more:

• Core Concepts & Revision: all core lessons in every chapter.
• Exam-Ready: everything in Core, plus the in-depth Exam-Ready lessons and quizzes.

Meteorology. One subject, one subscription. Free without paying: chapters 1 to 3 in full, the first two lessons of every other chapter, and the first practice paper in chapter 30. The Meteorology subscription unlocks every lesson in every chapter, including the practice papers.

Air Regulations + Meteorology. One subscription that gives Exam-Ready and Meteorology together, for less than buying both.

Each subscription is sold as 1 Month (30 days from activation) or Lifetime. “Lifetime” means for as long as Only70 offers that subject, not for your lifetime. If we ever decide to close Only70 or stop offering a subject permanently, we will give subscribers at least 30 days' notice by email. Subscriptions do not renew automatically, and nothing is charged without you making a new payment.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees before you pay. We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects what you have already paid for.

While a plan is active you can upgrade to a plan that includes it by paying only the difference between the two prices; if you hold an Air Regulations plan and a Meteorology plan, both count toward the combined plan. An upgrade to a lifetime plan never ends, and the full price of the plan it replaces is credited. An upgrade from a 1 Month plan to another 1 Month plan credits the unused days of your current plan and runs a full 30 days from the day you pay. If you already hold one subject for life, the combined 1 Month plan is not sold to you; add the other subject's own plan instead. Current prices are listed on the Plans and Prices page.

Payment

You pay online through our payment gateway, Cashfree Payments, by card, UPI or NetBanking. Prices are in Indian rupees and are shown before you pay. Your access switches on automatically as soon as Cashfree confirms the payment, usually within seconds. If money leaves your account but your access does not switch on, email us with your Order ID and we will sort it out (see the Refund Policy). We never ask you to pay to a personal UPI ID or bank account, or by any route other than the checkout on this site.

Our content

The lessons, diagrams, illustrations, quizzes, text and design of Only70 belong to Vasu Nagpal or are used with permission. Acts, rules and regulations quoted on the site belong to their respective authorities. Satellite and space photographs are credited where they appear and are used under their owners' terms. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the content for your own study. Please don't copy, resell, share your login, scrape or republish the content.

Fair use of the site

Don't try to break into accounts or systems, get around payment, overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close an account that does, and will tell you why unless the law or the safety of others prevents it.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the site running and the content accurate, but we provide it “as is” and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be limited by contract.

Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). Deleting an account ends any subscription on it; refunds follow the Refund Policy.

Complaints

Contact our Grievance Officer, VASU MANOJ NAGPAL, at [email protected]. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month. You can also approach the consumer commissions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or the National Consumer Helpline.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer to approach a consumer commission, the courts at Ahmedabad have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you by email or on the site before it applies to you. Version 2026-10-14.
