Refund Policy

Before you buy

You can try both subjects before paying. In Air Regulations, all lessons in chapters 1 to 3 (Core and Exam-Ready) and the first two Core lessons of every other chapter are free. In Meteorology, chapters 1 to 3 and the first two lessons of every other chapter are free. Please make sure the site suits you before you buy, and buy only the subject you need.

When you get a full refund

• Your access doesn't switch on. If your payment succeeded but your subscription has not been activated within 7 days, for any reason on our side, you can ask for a full refund.
• You change your mind before activation. If you ask before your access has been switched on, we will refund you in full.
• You paid twice or paid too much. We refund the duplicate payment or the excess.
• You bought the wrong subject. If you paid for one subject but meant the other, tell us within 48 hours of activation and before you have opened more than a few paid lessons, and we will switch your plan to the subject you meant (refunding any difference in price).
• You bought a subject separately after already holding it in the combined plan. We refund the extra payment.
• Something is broken that we can't fix. If paid content you bought doesn't work and we can't fix it within 7 days of you reporting it, we will refund you.

When we don't refund

Once your access has been switched on, the full content is available to you immediately, so we don't refund simply because you changed your mind after activation. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from your account's email address with your Order ID (it is on your payment confirmation and in your receipt email). We will reply within 48 hours. Approved refunds are made through Cashfree to the same card, UPI account or bank account you paid from, within 7 working days of approval; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

No automatic renewals

Subscriptions never renew on their own and we never charge you without a new payment from you, so there is nothing to cancel.
